Aug 14- Y.E.S. After School Academy Starts
Aug 16- Y.E.S. Softball Tryouts
Ages 10 and under will begin at 6:30pm, ages 12 and under and ages 14 and under will begin at 1:00pm
Aug 23 - Y.E.S. Volleyball Tryouts
Those entering 3rd and 4th grade will tryout from 9:00am-12:00pm and those entering 5th, 6th, and 7th grade will tryout from 1:00pm-5:00pm at the Y.E.S. Complex.

Y.E.S. is committed to our youth and for that reason the Y.E.S. facility is a alcohol, tobacco, and smoke free zone. Those individuals attending activities at the sports complex are requested to refrain from smoking. We also request that you not bring pets to the sports complex, although service related animals are allowed. We at Y.E.S. appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and healthy environment everyone can enjoy.
Excitement is in the air... Youth Academy off to a Great Start!
It has been amazing summer at the Yes Youth Center, located at 130 SW 13 Hwy, kids are having fun learning dance, ballet, tumbling, baseball, basketball and just a variety of different activities! Come join the fun!
Y.E.S. exists to teach the fundamentals of life to youth incorporating Christian values such as sportsmanship, teamwork, cooperation, fair-play, and character- building while having fun. Our youth desperately need mentors, teachers, coaches, and other adults involved in their lives that model, encourage, and train them with positive values. The youth around us are growing up in a time that is more complex than ever before and paved with many distractions. Y.E.S. is dedicated and committed to preparing the youth of Warrensburg and surrounding areas to learn valuable life lessons that build goal-setting skills, leadership, and resilience. We teach young people to desire and seek to win--but that the focus should not only be on winning or losing--rather on building self-esteem, friendships, and having fun while playing the game.
We are committed to continually providing quality activities and events for the youth of the area.
Our success is purely a reflection of the hard work and support of our parents, volunteers, and others in the community. Their dedication to supporting youth, investing their lives, and improving the quality of programs are the key ingredients to achieving the fundamentals for which we were founded: the playing fields are our classrooms; the parents and volunteers are the teachers; the youth are the students.
We would like to especially thank the parents of our Y.E.S. participants, our volunteer coaches and leaders, and all of the businesses in the Warrensburg area. The commitment of these people, their financial support, and their selfless actions deserve our whole-hearted appreciation and have produced many success stories among our youth.
We need others to join with us--through contributions, participation, or volunteering, to help us serve youth of the Warrensburg area. We MUST encourage youth and model saying Y.E.S. to developing teamwork, learning cooperation, and preparing our youth for the many tough decisions that they will face. We can join together to attain success that would not be possible for any of us to achieve alone.
Since 1999, the Y.E.S. Organization has been providing a quality program to Johnson County and the Greater Kansas City Area. We have demonstrated in the past our capability to successfully implement and carry out the exceptional programs for this identified group of children. The Y.E.S. Organization is providing hope and opportunity that will help young boys and girls to make decisions which will contribute to their making successful career choices. We hope to add to our continued success in the years to come.
We look forward to taking a leadership role in the community and serving as advocates for all youth. Y.E.S.'s commitment to you is to strive for excellence in all that we do.
